My view is that no matter what dating site you choose, there will always be the players, cheaters, liars and scammers you will need to sift through.
It can be hard, frustrating, and even soul-destroying.
Applies to all dating sites." I have just written a glowing review about RSVP as I met my partner (of four years) on this site…however I also tried e Harmony so want to add my review for what it's worth. It’s kinda like being in two different bars at the same time :)From my own personal experience, I now run a personal consulting service for online dating profile writing and coaching for the very reason of taking the frustration out of online dating and helping Aussie singles put their best (virtual!) self forward. It can be tough, but I applaud you for getting out there and giving it a go. We've been together for 4 years & still going strong... reviewed on Aug 20, 2014 , viewed 8 times I was compelled to write a review after reading so many negative comments about RSVP…because I actually quite like the site (sorry guys don’t throw eggs at me for that!
) Some reviewers have clearly had bad experiences on RSVP.My quick overview Pro’s- The lengthy questionnaire (and costs involved) are more likely to weed out those who aren’t serious about finding someone- Good for those who want privacy and don’t want non-matches viewing their profile- Compatibility matching with someone (hopefully) more likely to share your personality, values and lifestyle.- Stats shows a more balanced male-female ratio" Con's- You don’t get to browse freely or have access to all singles on the site- The singles you are matched with won’t necessarily be your type, however the site will continue to search its database for more matches- To my knowledge, there is no scientific studies showing that the matching algorithms work better than simply choosing people the old-fashioned way.- Do people really answer the questionnaire honestly??
